  12. Hors du feu, ajouter aux épinard les champignons, le poulet coupé en petit morceau et la crème fraîche.
  13. Remettre sur le feu doux jusqu'à ébullition de la crème.
  14. Verser le mélange sur la pâte cuite.
  15. Saupoudrer le fromage râpé.
  16. Remettre au four pour que le fromage fondre.
